DAY 22:
Hunt the sock (thimble)
This game used to be called hunt the thimble. We used a pair of socks, one to hide and one to show what we are hunting for. You can hide anything just make sure your child knows what it is so that they will recognise it.
Hide it somewhere simple at first so everyone gets used to how to play – when they get closer to the object you can encourage them by saying you’re getting warmer/hotter or colder if they are moving further away.
This game can be played anywhere inside or outside, have fun and take turns to hide the sock. Share photos or comment on our posts telling us what you hid and where, using our hashtag #30daysFroebel.
